Qualifications

Must be current and up to date with emerging fashion trends for women's contemporary occasion dresses
High taste level with a good eye for color, fabrics and textures
Must be detail oriented and very organized
Must have basic knowledge of garment construction and textiles
Must know how to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for sketching as well as hand sketching
Computer literacy, proficiency in microsoft Office
Team player who has a high level of professionalism
Must be willing to learn and can truly commit to working 2 days (8hrs a week, 4 hr shift) non paid for college credit
Must be reliable and be able to commute to our offices in DTLA

Responsibilities

Working with Senior Designer and Vice President providing support to the entire design process, from trend research, sketching, fabric selection, fitting to final garment
